Loh Eben Ong & Partners has just decommissioned our previous version of DeedPoll.sg (2010 version) and has relaunched this site with a new look and design (wef 25 April 2013). This new site uses the latest web technology which enhances the ease of use and access of DeedPoll.sg and for our users to access our online legal services, such as our highly popular Deed Poll Online.

All Deed Polls prepared by us and witnessed by our Lawyers are duly archived, and we have stored them electronically in pdf format.

We have assisted thousands of Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and foreigners in preparing their Deed Polls, and the archival system is to assist our clients who has lost their original Deed Poll to retreive a copy of their lost Deed Polls.

Change of Name for a Child Below the Age of 21 Years. From 1 June 2007, to effect a change of name of a minor, if one parent signed the Deed Poll, ICA requires that parent to complete a form at ICA to declare that the minor’s other parent has also consented to the name change or the other parent is uncontactable or has died. If both parents signed the Deed Poll, this declaration is not required.

If your Deed Poll was prepared by Loh Eben Ong & Partners and witnessed by one of our Lawyers on or after 2005, subject to availability, we may be able to issue further certified copy from our archived Deed Polls if you have lost your original Deed Poll.

For Deed Poll prepared and witnessed by our Lawyers between the period of 1994 to 2004 (both years included), if we are able to trace a copy of your Deed Poll in our Archive Database, we may be able to provide certified true copy service.
