Once you have signed you Deed Poll, you will keep your original Deed Poll, and we will provide a photocopy of your Deed Poll. If you require a copy (or more) of your Deed Poll to be certified true by our Lawyer, our fee is S$10.00 (net) for each certified true copy in addition to our Standard Charges. If you don't need certified true copies of your Deed Poll, you need not apply.

	Appointment to be confirmed via email or telephone (6338 1810), and subject strictly to the availability of our Lawyer.

	We reserve the right to change or cancel an appointment date and/or time due to sudden unavailability of our Lawyer, and we will endeavour to notify you of the same as early as possible. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.

	For Applicant who is late, a Grace Period of up to 15 minutes will be given, thereafter, the appointment may be cancelled.
